ABOUT ME

I am the owner and head coach of Wild4fitness. USA boxing certified coach and NASM certified personal trainer, I am a former boxer, football player and track athlete. I train all levels of people from beginners with zero experience all the way up to professional boxers and football players. I’ve coached women’s kick ball teams, 6year old football teams, Harlem globe trotter basketball players, senior league boxers, you name it I train all levels.

I offer a large variety of training methods and nutritional information to all my clients and monitor their progress to make sure everyone reaches their fitness goals.

Health and fitness are a very important aspect of life that includes having both a physically and mentally fit body. With the help of a balanced diet and regular exercise, a person can improve his or her health and fitness.

 

Good health means that a person is physically and mentally strong. Fitness refers to the ability of the person to encounter the demands of the environment. The person possessing good health and fitness can enjoy his or her life completely.

  • Is equipment needed for Online Courses?
    For beginner,intermediate, and expert online training no equipment is need, all workouts are designed to be able to do anywhere or anytime.
  • How can I book a reservations for on-gym trainings?
    You can book a reservations through email, phone, text, on site in person, or here.
  • How many can join in Group Trainings?
    30 persons per Group Traiining.
  • How can I book a 1-on-1 training session?
    You can book a reservations through email, phone, text, on site in person, or here.
  • What program should I take if I want to improve just my Upper Body or Lower Body Only?
    Each program will cover upper and lower body, if you prefer to only work one and not the other you can substitute the opposite training day with a repeated workout of the previous days preferred body part.
  • Do you have Trainings for kids?
    Yes starting at age 7+.
  • What is included in your Boxing Training for Kids and for Adults?
    Strength and conditioning, basic fundamentals of boxing, techniques and strategies, mitt work, sparring and competitions are all available in our boxing program
  • What program should I take if I am Pregnant, breastfeeding, or just have a baby?"
    I would recommend consulting with your doctor to make sure you are clear to exercise and then I would start with the beginner online program or one on one training.
  • Can I start the Courses any time?
    Yes you can start at anytime
  • Is there a Coach who will assist us during on-gym Training?
    Yes alway a coach in the gym ready and willing to assist.
  • Does meal guide/plan included in online courses?
    No, meal guides are not included in our standard programs
  • Do you offer vegan/vegetarian meal guide?
    Not yet
  • Why do I have to follow a meal plan?
    A meal plan helps track the progress of your weight, micro and macro nutrition
  • Why do I have to follow a meal plan?
    Meal plans are optional
